These Terms of Service govern your use of Clearview Fencing Cape Town at https://clearviewfencingcapetown.co.za. By using the site, calling the number listed on it, or submitting any enquiry through it, you agree to these terms.

1. About This Service

This site is operated by Lead Generation Services. It connects Cape Town property owners with D&H Fencing (PTY) LTD, our exclusive fencing contractor partner for the Cape Town and Western Cape region.

When you submit an enquiry or call us, your details are forwarded to D&H Fencing. D&H Fencing then contacts you to discuss your project, arrange a site visit if needed, prepare a quote, and (if you go ahead) carry out the fencing work.

Lead Generation Services does not perform any fencing work. Our role is to collect your enquiry and pass it to D&H Fencing.

2. Your Enquiry

When you submit a form or call the number on this site:

Your details are forwarded to D&H Fencing, who will contact you to discuss your project.
D&H Fencing will provide a quote based on your specific requirements, usually after a site visit or further conversation.
If you agree to proceed, D&H Fencing will carry out the work. The contract for any fencing work is directly between you and D&H Fencing — not with Lead Generation Services or this website operator.
Prices, materials, workmanship, scheduling, guarantees and after-sales service are all agreed between you and D&H Fencing.
We make reasonable efforts to forward your enquiry promptly, but we cannot guarantee a specific response time from D&H Fencing.

3. Your Obligations

When you use this site, you agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful contact and project information
Not submit spam, fake, or malicious enquiries
Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
Not interfere with or disrupt the site
Not copy or reuse the site's content, images, or design without our written permission

4. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:

Lead Generation Services is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, timing, or any other aspect of fencing work carried out by D&H Fencing. Any concerns about the work itself should be raised directly with D&H Fencing.
Lead Generation Services is not a party to, and is not liable for, any dispute between you and D&H Fencing.
This site is provided free of charge to customers. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site is limited to ZAR 0.
This clause does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other South African law.

5. Pricing

This site does not display fixed prices for fencing work. Every project is different, and pricing depends on site conditions, materials, length of fencing, access, terrain and your specific requirements. D&H Fencing will provide a quote tailored to your project after assessing it.

6. Cancellation and Withdrawing Your Enquiry

You can stop using this site at any time. There is no account to cancel.
If you have submitted an enquiry and want to withdraw it, email us at info@clearviewfencingcapetown.co.za as soon as possible. If your details have already been forwarded to D&H Fencing (which usually happens within minutes), we cannot recall that information — you would need to contact D&H Fencing directly and ask them to delete it on their side.
Separately, you can ask us to delete your information from our systems under POPIA — see our Privacy Policy for how to do this.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on this site — text, photographs, logos, design, and code — belongs to Lead Generation Services or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of it in your own materials without our written permission.

8. Website Availability

We aim to keep the site up at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, hosting issues or factors outside our control may make the site temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime.

9. Third-Party Links

This site may link to other websites. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

10. Disputes

If you have a complaint about this site or our handling of your enquiry, we would much rather sort it out informally than involve lawyers. Please:

First, contact us at info@clearviewfencingcapetown.co.za so we can try to resolve it directly.
If we cannot reach agreement, the next step is mediation in Cape Town, Western Cape.
If mediation does not resolve the matter, any final dispute will be heard by the Western Cape High Court of South Africa.

Disputes about the fencing work itself should be raised directly with D&H Fencing, as the contract for the work is between you and them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The South African courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
